The McGregor Isles community is located just minutes from the Caloosahatchee River crossing. This waterfront community has over 150 single-family houses, a canal system leading to the river and a voluntary homeowner’s club membership.
McGregor Isles’ mid-sized homes date back to the 1960s and 1970s. However, more recent renovations have brought more new construction homes into the private area.
