A Northland thrift shop that is run by a local nonprofit is going online. The ReSALE Shop in Gladstone advantages Assistance League of Kansas City. KMBC 9 stopped by to find out how the pandemic inspired their new online buying option, and the way volunteers hope it’ll improve sales and awareness about what they do. It’s because the ReSALE Shop is closed three days per week, after decreasing hours in the course of the pandemic. “We’re nowhere near the sales totals that we had previous to the pandemic,” stated volunteer Jane Bromberg.It’s not your average thrift store. The nonprofit runs 9 applications helping folks in need, from students to seniors.
